Our classic and modern dishes are all prepared with a hint of
Scottish influence. And even though our dishes are worldly, we're
proud to say we use only the freshest, locally-grown ingredients.
Our passion for cooking has led us to importing a four-oven Aga
stove. In the winter, you'll find our guests warming up in-front
of it while enjoying their early morning coffee.
Our sample menu includes: orange and grapefruit jelly with fruit coulis; local artisan cheese plate with fresh figs, quince jelly and
pepper cracker wafers; Atlantic smoked salmon, spinach and mushrooms on
toasted olive bread with poached egg (garnished with roasted tomatoes and capers);
wild mushroom and pancetetta souffle' omelet with
fresh aga-baked gennara bread; and fresh fruit parfait with ice wine.
